Ms. Eyase is a co-founder and Partner at EK & Associates. She possesses very
particular and distinct set of skills. Her wealth of experience is drawn from time spent

serving at the firm of Simba & Simba Advocates, KimondoGachoka& Company
Advocates, the Legal Directorate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the
Constitutional Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) where she served prior to co-
founding EK & Associates.
Currently, Vivienne practices in the areas of LegalTech (Law & Technology), Banking,
Securities and Finance, Intellectual Property law, Commercial Transactions,
Administrative & Constitutional Litigation and Public Interest Litigation. Her strengths
also present best at preparation and review of security documents on behalf of financial
institutions and entities seeking to explore debt financing, land conveyances and re-
conveyances, preparation and registration of various registrable instruments and family
law.
Ms. Eyase is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holds a Bachelor of Laws degree
from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of law.
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (L.S.K) and the East African Law Society
(E.A.L.S).
