Mr. Kanyuira is a co-founder and a Partner at EK & Associates. He emboldens the Firm
with a reservoir of experience, skill and acumen gained through his practice of law in the
areas of complex commercial and contracts litigation, Real Estate and Property law,
Employment and Labour law, Insurance law, Capital Markets and Corporate
Governance.

Previously, Rufus has served in the firm of Mulondo, Oundo, Muriuki& Company
Advocates, Wairagu&WairaguAssociates where he gained vast experience in
Commercial, Real Estate and Property law. He also served as the Employment
Relations Assistant at Kenya Tea Development Authority (KTDA) where he handled
complex employment concerns thus crystalizing his knowledge in employment and
labour relations matters. Mr. Kanyuira is currently pursuing studies in Certified Public
Accounts (CPA).

Mr. Kanyuira is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having obtained his LL.B from
Kenyatta University, Kenya and Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School
of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (L.S.K) and the East African Law
Society (E.A.L.S).
