Mr. Mocha an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience spanning over
a period of five (5) years and a Member in good standing with the Law Society of
Kenya.

He holds an LLB Degree from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a
Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Mr. Mocha’s primary experience and interest lie in Real Estate & Conveyancing
and civil, commercial and criminal litigation. He has acquired experience in these
areas of practice extending over half a decade in practice. He has a sociable
personality with good client relations and networks.

He thrives in a courtroom, but is actively and significantly involved in various
arbitration matters in efforts to represent clients keen on amicably resolving
matters out the court room.
